Belagavi, Dec 25: Former Veerashaiva Mahasabha President B V Katti passed away in the early hours of Wednesday.
He was 86. He was survived by one son and two daughters.
A native of Kadrolli village in the district, he joined revenue services as Assistant Commissioner and retired as Divisional Commissioner, Belagavi division.
