Shivamogga, Nov 28: A private complaint has been filed with the Judicial Magistrate First Class Court in Sagar city of Karnataka on Friday against actor Aamir Khan over his remarks on intolerance.
Srikar Bhat, the complainant, is a member of the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP). He has alleged that Mr. Khan has brought “disrepute” to the nation by commenting that intolerance was growing in India, owing to which a section of the citizens are feeling insecure.
The complainant has further said that the actor has tried to “disturb social amity”. Mr. Bhat has requested appropriate legal action against the actor.
