Moodbidre, August 15: Alva's Education Foundation celebrated a grand Independence Day function in its Vidyagiri Sundari Ananda Alva campus on Wednesday.

About 16,000 students of the institution took part in the celebrations. Students of PUC, Degree, engineering and medical disciplines gathered at the venue.
