Nurse dies after tempo rams her scooter

Mangalore, September 15: A 35-year old woman was killed after the scooter she was riding side-swiped a speeding tempo in the city on Saturday evening.

 

The deceased has been identified as Asha Lavina Shera, who was working as a nurse at Father Muller Medical College Hospital in Kankanady.

 

She was married to one Valerian Rajesh Lobo from KavoorKatte. The couple has two children.

 

Sources from Mangalore East Police station said that Asha died on spot when her scooter, bearing registration number KA 19 EH 4669 cullieded with the tempo bearing registration number KA 20 H 6265 in front of Abharan Jewellers in Kadri area.

 

A case has been registered.
