BURKHAA

Mangalore, May 9: Three girls who were involved in the Burkha issue at the Ganapathy High School in the city, have failed to get through in the SSLC examinations.

The girls were reportedly asked to remove their burkhas while writing the SSLC exams.

The parents of the girls have stated that they were emotionally and mentally disturbed during the days of the examinations following the happenings at the School. “The girls wanted to do well and score good marks in the SSLC exams. But because of the burkha issue, they got mentally and emotionally disturbed which is now reflected in the results” said Aziz, a parent.

Of the three girls who have failed, one hails from Jokatte while the other two are from Uppinangady.

Dear Khaleel,

Have you written public exams like SSLC ??
well if you written those exams just go for your past memories think how you prepared and went to exam hall to write the exam.
nobody disturbed you there by physically or mentally, so that you passed the exam. Even I agreed that you studied well, prepared yourself as much as you can. Still you were under pressure and stress.

Same like Khaleel even these girls they too studied hard, prepared well to write their public exams.
We all know that these girls, were totally depressed by their exam hall supervisor.
making issue in front of all the student, shouting at them inside exam hall regarding BURKHA will reflect their mind and it may affect their preparation made to write that particular exam and also a different fear may cause them to lose the concentration on that moment.. thinking of these situation I request readers to comment this article.
Today its turn of this three girls, tomorrow it may reach your home with your sisters or daughters.

If these people had paid more attention to school than what they wored and did not wear their relgioon on their sleeves things would have been different. Reminds me of the Pakistani Coach's comments "they pray more than they play" by the way" God helps those who help themselves"

Thats fine. This is not the end of the world. You all are entitled for another chance next year. Make full use of this chance. Prepare for exams. Come in Burkha and write your exams. This will be a good slap for the authorities who prevented you from writing exams.

The students did not fail because of the mental disturbance. They really failed because they did not study well. Please don’t blame others for the mistake done by your children. It is true that the examiner made mistake by forcing the students to remove Burkha. But If those students had studied well then, when they write the exams they get fully involved in the exam and they definitely will pass the exam. Don’t use the religion for your personal gains.

Due to mentally disturbance it may be cause for their failure but we cannot say it 100%. They should get another chance but question arise if these get other chance many of the other students who are mentally upset during exam times should also get chance if they fail. If an student does not prepare for exam and if he gets tough question papers student may act for anything just to avoid examsso can we give chance to him/her to write exam's again.

If these students get other chance to write exams its well and good, but my friends there are many people who can take bad advantage of getting other chance to write exams. Just think

The teacher who made this three children to fail should be held responsible for that. Authority must give chance for these three students to have reexamination as soon as possible. I do not think wearing burkha will make any difference in the college or school study environment. The racial discrimination must be stopped in the schools and colleges and the religious freedom must be protected and respected. Government must make sure this kind of situation must not be repeated in the future in any schools or colleges.

Dear All,

Hope this is a temporary success to the traitors of the country Rastriya Swayam Sevak Sangh (RSS) who are the main cause to split one INDIA into Three Countries and to kill Gandhiji.
We need to eradicate this AIDS (Rastriya Swayam Sevak Sangh) as soon as Possible.
