Mysuru, May 11: Case against former Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramiah, on alleged illegal construction of house and misuse of government office has been shifted to Special Court for People’s Representative, Bengaluru, Senior Civil Judge CJM Yashavantha Kuamr in his order.
Presently Siddaramaiah, MLA from Badami assembly constituency. A case has been registered against him on illegal land acquisition in Hinkal Panchyat limits in the District.
Survey no 70/4a land belongs one Sakamma and same has been purchased by Siddaramiah and constructed a house without the permission from the Mysuru Urban Development Authority(MUDA). Later in 2003 Siddaramiah sold the house.
Case against Siddaramaiah shifted to Special Court for Peoples Representatives
