Don’t quit, come to parliament: Tejasvi Surya to Deve Gowda’s grandson

Bengaluru, May 24: Newly elected youngest BJP MP Tejasvi Surya, who won by a thumping margin of 3.30 lakh votes from key Bengaluru South Lok Sabha segment in the just concluded elections, today urged his fellow newly elected Parliamentarian Prajwal Revanna, the lone JD(S) member, not to quit his seat but make known the voice of Karnataka youth in the Parliament.

This segment was represented for six terms by top BJP leader H N Ananth Kumar who was Union Minister before his death due to cancer.

Prajwal Revanna today announced that he would quit the seat and pave the way for his Grandfather H D Devegowda, who lost from Tumakuru segment against a seasoned BJP candidate.
