Buraidah: ISF holds blood donation camp to mark Mahatma Gandhi’s 150th birth anniversary

The Indian Social Forum’s Karnataka State block in Saudi Arabia’s Buraydah organized a blood donation camp to mark the ‘150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi’.

The camp was organized with the cooperation of King Faisal Specialist Hospital, Buraydah.

The camp was organized on 25th October 2019 at the Istirah Al- Sadeem Buraydah. Several blood Donors took part in this event and donated the blood.

Dr Ibrahim Saleh Al Murshid, director of laboratory and blood bank King Fahd Specialist Hospital Buraydah was present on this occasion.

The program was inaugurated by the Indian Social Forum (ISF) block President Saeed punjalkatte and concluded by Ayoub Rahal.

Speaking before the event, Social Forum Block President Saeed urged the gathering to practice the ideals of Mahathma Gandhi and implement his values in life, this would lead to a healthy society.

The camp was managed by Ayaz Krishnapura who is Welfare in charge of Social Forum Buraydah Block.

The Social Forum congratulated King Faisal Specialist Hospital who rendered service and contributed for the camp's success.
