Riyadh: Indian Social Forum conducts farewell for its ex-president

Riyadh: Indian Social Forum, Riyadh Central Committee on October 2, conducted a farewell gathering for its former president Mr. Mohammed Koya Farok.

Memento was given as a token of respect from Indian social Forum central committee for his selfless work for the expat community here in Saudi Arabia.

Gathering also wished him to continue his selfless contribution for the deprived and marginalized community of India.

Programme was presided over by ISF Riyadh central committee president Haris Mangaluru. ISF Riyadh Karnataka chapter president Sabith Bajpe, Kerala chapter president Nooruddin, Tamil Nadu chapter gen secretary Fathrudheeb, India Fraternity forum Saudi Arabia Zonal President Basheer ingapuza, Ilyas Thiroor Regional president India Fraternity Riyadh were present on the occasion.

Basheer karanthur Gen. Secretary, ISF Riyadh central committee welcomed the gathering and vote of thanks was conveyed by Rasheed Khan, vice president ISF Riyadh central committee.

Ajman: Ashok Bai Baria (44), a resident of Valsad - Ahmedabad, succumbed to a heart attack in Ajman. 

The incident occurred on March 13 morning at his residence, following which he experienced severe physical distress leading to the fatal cardiac arrest. 

Fishing has been a longstanding activity in Ajman- UAE, with Baria being actively involved in the profession for many years. 

Salam Pappinissery, CEO of Yab Legal Services in the UAE, has informed that all necessary arrangements are underway to repatriate the deceased's body to his hometown.
