Mangaluru, May 15: Four-term MLA and the former Minister K. Abhayachandra Jain, who was “forced” to contest again as a Congress candidate, has tasted first defeat in Moodbidri constituency.
Umanath Kotian, who was defeated by Jain by a margin of 4,550 votes in 2013, today defeated the latter by a huge margin.
