Kolhapur, Nov 30: A Magistrate court on Thursday extended the custody of Amol Kale, prime accused in the murder of Communist Party of India (CPI) leader Com Govindrao Pansare, till December 13.

by judicial magistrate Ms S S Raul on Thursday.
Kale, who is also a suspected accused in journalist Gauri Lankesh murder case, was re-arrested in Pansare's murder case on November 15.
The Special Investigation team (SIT) produced him before Judicial Magistrate SS Raul, after his 14-day police custody ended on Thursday.
Assistant Public Prosecutor Ms Patil told the court that the investigation team has no objection for magisterial custody to the accused.
