Mangaluru, Oct 21: A militant from coastal Karnataka features in the list of the National Investigation Agency (NIA) as one of the most wanted fugitives who “represent the biggest threats to the safety of our community”.

On Saturday, NIA, requesting leads from the public, shared on Twitter a link to the list of ‘most wanted fugitives’. The agency also assured that the identity of those offering tips will be protected. Those with relevant information can send a mail at [email protected] or call at 011-24368800, the agency said in a statement on Twitter.
The list includes a total of 258 alleged fugitives. One among the fugitives is Jayaprakash Alias Anna, a resident of House No. 2-116, Balthia House, Nooji Balthilap Post-Puttur, Dakshin Kannada in Karnataka.
Jayaprakash is said to be a member of hardline Hindutva outfit ‘Sanathana Sanstha’, which has involved in a several terror activities.
He is named as one of the accused in Goa bomb blast case of 2009. Praveen Limmer and Rudra Patil of Sanatan Sanstha are two other accused in the case.
