Mangalore, December 7: Renowned cricket commentator and former captain Ravi Shastri on Tuesday visited his family Nagabana in Karval of Yerlapdy at Karkala taluk and offered poojas.
The much celebrated former all-rounder had paid a visit to Karval nearly five years ago along with his wife and offered special pooja to serpent god.
A few months later the couple, had got their first daughter Alaika.
The couple believed that with the blessings of the serpent god they got the issue and since then had been offering poojas here annually.
