Mangalore, May 18: As many as 14 students trained at Centre for Advanced Learning (CFAL), Kuntikan, here, have been selected in the IIT-JEE 2012 the results of which were declared today.
A total of 5, 07, 634 students gave the IIT-JEE on April 8, 2012 across the country. All these candidates competed to be eligible for counseling culminating in finding a place in 9,590 seats available in 15 IITs.
The competition is very tough as only one out of 53 candidates is likely to make it to the IITs. 796 students appeared from the Mangalore centre which was held at NITK Suratkal.
