Mangaluru, May 5: The carelessness of the elders claimed the life of a three-year-old girl child at Haradi village on the outskirts of Puttur twon in Dakshina Kannada district.

Imran’s wife Shamsheera on Wednesday visited her parental house in Haradi along with her two daughters and other family members. Shamsheera had given birth to her second child three weeks ago.
When Shamsheera and others alighted from the car and entered the home Rahmath was sleeping in the car. Unfortunately, the elders did not notice her.
After sometimes Shamsheera realized that Rahmath was missing and she began to search for her. The child was found lying motionless onboard the car.
The unconscious child was immediately taken to a hospital where doctors pronounced her brought dead, sources said.
It is suspected that the girl was suffocated to death after she inhaled the gases emanating from car when the doors were locked.
The child’s mortal remains were buried near her father’s house in Ullal on Thursday, family sources said.
