Mangaluru, Mar 31: The city police team investigating RTI activist Vinayak Baliga murder case on Thursday raided residential premises of Yuva Brigade (erstwhile NaMo Brigade) leader Naresh Shenoy.

Baliga was hacked to death on March 21 near his residence in the city. The police have already arrested two, Vineeth Poojary (26) and Nishith Devadiga (23) from Mangaluru. However, the police have admitted that both were mere supari killers and someone else had plotted the murder.
Reliable sources said that a team of police led by ACP Tilakchandra swooped down at Mr Shenoy's house. However, he was not present in the house.
It is learnt that Mr Shenoy is missing ever since the investigating team is trying to question him in connection with the cold-blooded murder. More details are awaited.
