Mangaluru, Mar 4: After one-and-a-half years of tenure as the chief executive officer of Dakshina Kannada Zilla Panchayat, IAS officer Tulasi Maddineni has been transferred.

She will be replaced by P I Sreevidya, another IAS officer, who was serving as the CEO of Kodagu ZP.
Ms Sreevidya, who hails from Kottarakkara in Kerala, had secured 14th rank in the IAS examinations in 2009. She also has keen interest in Malayalam literature.
Ms Maddineni has been posted as the director at the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA) in Mussoorie.
Interestingly, her husband R Ravishankar, who was as the deputy conservator of forests at Kundapur, has also been transferred to Mussoorie and posted as the deputy director of LBSNAA.
