Thumbay Group to open a new hospital in Dubai

Dubai, Feb 16: Thumbay Hospital, a leading name in healthcare in the region aims to be the leading network of academic hospitals in the Middle East. The main focus is to provide patient centered care of the highest quality in an academic set up.

The new hospital with initial strength of 150 beds, of which 50 beds are operational, will start its services from 21st February 2015. It is established as a brand providing quality care to patients from all over the region. The hospital is a part of Thumbay Group and GMC Hospitals and will be affiliated to Gulf Medical University Ajman.

As part of our strategic plan, we are in the process of building a network of teaching hospitals under the Thumbay brand, in Ajman, Sharjah, Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Plans are also afoot to launch our hospitals in India and Qatar, says Thumbay Moideen, Founder President Thumbay Group UAE.
