Udupi: New voters urged to register their names in voters list

Udupi, Jan 31: Those eligible Indian citizens living in Udupi district who are of 18 years of age as on January 1, 2015, will have the opportunity to register their names, make corrections or delete their names from the voters list.

In this regard, applications can be filled in by eligible candidates and submitted to the Block Information Officer or the Tahsildar of their respective taluk, informed the deputy commissioner's office.

For further information, the candidates can contact the booth level officers, local Tahsildar, special Tahsildar or the assistant commissioner's officer.

The application forms can be filled online and downloaded at www.voterreg.kar.nic.in and submitted along with necessary documents within seven days to the district election officer.
