The body was discovered by a building cleaner who told an eyewitness that he could not believe his eyes when he saw the girl's body. He identified her as a resident of one of the penthouses in the building.
The Bangladeshi cleaner informed his manager who called the police immediately.
Police officials reached Cluster V in JLT community along with an ambulance within minutes.
The area behind the building, overlooking the lake, has been cordoned off by the police.
