She gets up in the morning, puts on her glasses, has a glance on the daily, searches her wardrobe and dashes through the street in the most modern car. This is not an ad of a car..but the routine of a women entrepreneur.
Since time immemorial, business and tech sector were considered as men's monopoly. But today, the world has accepted the feminine power with all its respects and the result is that she is more welcome in executive circles. She has grown far more from a daughter, wife or mother, to a position where she has proved herself to be capable of controlling the industry and is much more collaborative than her masculine counterpart. She is capable of figuring out a way to do things in such a way that everybody wins.

The field of engineering, medicine and other administrative sectors are offering promising chances and careers for women. Her entry to the mighty creamy layer of the society as an entrepreneur thus became less eerily but no less strange due to advancement of technology. Since long it has been said that 'behind every successful man there is a woman' and now time has proved the existence of its viceversa. And as bliss it’s not only the industry that is prone to evolution, but the better halves too. Today the hubbies are willing to see their honeys take on big jobs outside home and hence women get support and energy right from the root. As per the Chinese Shanshui concept, things become complete when the interaction of yin -the receptive feminine aspect of universal energy and its counterpart yang-the active masculine power takes place.
The sudden rise in growth of women entrepreneurs have contributed a lot to the development of nation too. Women who were once confined to the four walls of the kitchen of her home have now become the queens of the industry. From handloom industries to say the fields of information technology, she has widened her perspective influence. Her sudden upliftment uplifted the society too to a raised platform with a promising future. Woman being the light of the home, through her enduring achievement of standing in equal with the masculine powers has expanded her domain from an illiterate, downtrodden state to a well- defined multitasking personality. She is now on par with man in all sectors of the industry and even its management.
So let’s wait and see how the world is going to get affected by the marvels of collaborative effort of doyennes and doyens.
