Cricket coaching camp for 'under-16' in Mangalore

Mangalore, Mar 25: A summer Cricket coaching camp will be jointly conducted by Cricket India Academy & Mangala Sports Pvt Ltd for young boys and girls in morning and evening sessions in Mangalore.

The coaching camp will be held for boys and girls between the age group of 5 and 8 years, and those between the age group of 9 and 16 years.

Former India 'A' and Ranji Trophy player Sachin Nair (from BCCI) and other qualified cricket coaches from KSCA Samuel Jayaraj Muthu and P Devdas Nayak will coach the enrolled participants.

The camp will be conducted in two sessions, i.e. morning session (6.30 a.m. to 8.30 a.m.) and evening session (4.30 p.m. to 6.30 p.m.) at St Aloysius College Centenary Ground in the city. It will commence on April 1 and will end on May 18.

Mr Samuel Muthu said that a maximum of 100 students each would be taken for the morning and evening session. The enrollment fee will be Rs 1800, he said.
