Udupi, April 28: A man was killed in a collision between a lorry and a pickup truck at Varambally coming under the Brahmavar police station limits on Friday.
According to the police, the lorry was moving from Udupi to Kundapur while the pickup truck as moving in the opposite direction when the collision took place at Varambally.
The driver of the pick-up truck Panduranga Kalkura, who was severely injured in the collision, died on the spot. A case had been registered, the police said.
