Riyadh: Karnataka Welfare Society (KWS) Riyadh organized 'Welcome Ramadan' programme at Bharat Restaurant Malaz, Riyadh on May 19, 2017.
Commenced with recitation of holy Quran by Master Zeeshan followed by the translation of verses by brother Salman Sayeed. Brother Ismail welcomed the guests and outlined the Activities of KWS.
K. Mohammed spoke about the importance of fasting and gave tips how to attain taqwa in Ramadan. He said, Ramadan is the month of Quran hence we need to get closer to Quran during this month.
Guests of honour Parvez Ali and Shahul Hameed also spoke. Abdul Khader, President of Karnataka Welfare Society concluded the programme and thanked all the guests for attending the programme. Riyaz compered the programme.
