Udupi, June 17: Burglars entered two jewellery shops at Kota village on Wednesday night and took away gold and silver ornaments worth Rs. 9.25 lakh.
According to the Kota police, burglars entered the jewellery shop of Dayananda Acharya and took away ornaments worth Rs. 9 lakh.
The burglars entered the jewellery shop of B. Sitaram Achar in the same village and made good with silver ornaments worth Rs. 25,000, the police said.
