Mangalore, September 29: A motorcyclist and a pedestrian died in separate road accidents reported from Puttur traffic and Bantwal rural police station limits in the last 48 hours.
Abdul Razak, a motorcyclist, died when he collided with a tractor trailer at Shiradi village of Puttur taluk late on Sunday. Abdul who sustained serious injuries died on the spot.
Mohammad Sathar, resident of Bantwal taluk, pedestrian sustained serious injuries when a car dashed against him at Pudu village in Bantwal taluk on Monday evening. Sathar who was shifted for treatment to a private hospital here for treatment succumbed to injuries there.
