Bantwal, October, 12: Two unidentified miscreants waylaid a motorcyclist on Vagga Kodyamale Road near here and snatched 54 gram gold from him.
The incident occurred when Sridhar Achar, a resident of Mulkaje Mada going on a motorbike on Tuesday.
“I was stopped by two unidentified motorbike borne miscreants travelling in the same direction. They snatched 54 gram gold from my pocket by threatening to kill me and escaped”, said Achar in his complaint.
A case has been registered at Bantwal rural police station.
