Mangalore, November 9: A 19-year-old son of a policeman ended his life at his house in the police quarters located at the police lane in the city on Wednesday.
The deceased has been identified as Sandeep son of Somashekhar, a personnel at Pandeshwar police station.
It is assumed that Sandeep took this extreme step when there was no one at the house. He was found hanging when the family members entered the house in the afternoon.
Sandeep was pursuing graduation at the Government University College, Hampanakatta.
The dead body has been shifted to mortuary of Government Wenlock Hospital, Mangalore.
