
The rains in the city started at around 11:00 p.m. on Thursday and the downpour continued for a couple of hours.
A cloudy and rainy weather persisted in many parts of the district including Mangalore city on Friday morning. The Met department said cloudy weather condition is likely to continue for the next couple of days.

Kodambadi 37.50; Uppinangadi 23.50; Venur 11.40; Savanur 7; Tannirpantha 5.50; Koila GP 5; Kokkada, and Aithoor 3.50; Dharmasthala 2; Koyyuru GP 1.50; Gurupur 1; Belthangady, Hosabettu, Mangalore A, Naravi, Padangadi GP, Puttur; and Sangabettu 0.50 each; and no rain in other hoblis.
