Litchi Souffle

(Serves approx. 20 persons)


Litchi tin: 1 kg

Cream tin: 1 kg

Gelatin: 3 tbsp.

Milk: ½ cup

Sugar (Approx): ¼ cup or less



Step 1: Dissolve gelatin in half a cup of cold water. Keep it just for two minutes. Cook dissolve gelatin on double boiler for a minute. Keep aside till it becomes cool.

Step 2: Separate litchis with the syrup & make pieces of desired size of the litchis. Keep aside.

Step 3: Mix litchi syrup, cream, milk, sugar, dissolved gelatin & beat in a mixer just for a minute.

Step 4: Pour in a serving bowl & mix litchi pieces. Keep this in refrigerator till it sets.
