
The minister said that he would appeal the union government to investigate the issue and find out who is responsible for treating an innocent passenger like a terrorist even though it was clear that he did not posses any explosive materials.
He said that the family members of Abdul Khader wanted to know who gave the wrong information to media, which published fabricated stories and accused him of having links with terrorist outfit in Syria.
The minister also said that authorities should take necessary measures to prevent recurrence of such blunders in future.
Meanwhile, Abdul Khader has flown into Dubai after being declared as innocent by Mangalore police.
