My dependents names are not given in my Thawakkalna. Only their iqama numbers are shown. In palace of their names a few question marks are there. I am able to check their health status by clicking on the iqama numbers but not able to book appointments for COVID PCR test for them. When I try to book appointments "update dependents ifo" message is displayed in red color. So may I know how to update dependents info in my Thawakkalna?
