BJP govt so called MP's and other P's are so much confused with COW topic. Sometimes they don't even understand what to say and what not to say. Such a bunch of comedy guys in ruling govt. One is giving public talk naked in parliament and other MP is saying foreigner should dress properly. Really are they not a bunch of comedians?
