May Almighty god showers his mercy & blessing upon the little girl and her family...... and Almighty show his anger to these culprits..
These culprits /psychopaths should be given such punishments ,that should be a lesson and bring frightened to those psychopaths who ever thinks to do such a act ..or .... activity... Hang till death is an easy punishment they should not get it.
