
Mangalore, May 28: Having secured third rank in the state CET medical examination, Soorya V K from Expert PU College, Mangalore finds his constant source of inspiration in his family.
Sharing his views after the announcement of CET results on Tuesday, Soorya, hailing from Hassan, said that he would keep aside four hours in a day for daily studies. “Apart from this, continuous revision and paying attention during class hours helped me to excel in my studies and top the CET results,” he said.
The keen-eyed Soorya said that his father was a hard-worker who worked for 13 hours each day. Another relative had completed her graduation in the field of Arts, and now aims to become an IAS officer. My family members continue to inspire me in my academic goals, he said, adding that his dream was to become a cardiologist.
In his second PUC examination, the lad had bagged an overall percentage of 97.3. Even in his SSLC examination, he had secured top marks.
Likewise, Pranav Kumar, who has bagged the fifth rank in ISMH examination and seventh rank in CET medical examination,
Hailing from Mandya, he is also a student of Experts PU college.
Pranav said that he was overjoyed to have secured ranks in the top ten in two sections of the CET examination, acclaiming his success to the method of coaching in the city-based college. He wishes to pursue his studies in the medical field.
