Udupi, May 2: Chief Minister Siddaramaiah is visiting Udupi district on May 4 to participate in two different programmes.
A press release issued here recently said Mr. Siddaramaiah would arrive by a helicopter at the Karnataka Power Corporation helipad at Hosangady in Kundapur taluk at 11.30 a.m. on May 4.

M.B. Patil, Minister for Major and Medium Irrigation, would preside over the inaugural function.
V. Srinivas Prasad, Revenue Minister, B. Ramanath Rai, Forests and Environment Minister, and Vinay Kumar Sorake, Urban Development Minister, would also participate in the function, the released added.
Later, Mr. Siddaramaiah is scheduled to lay the foundation stone of the Advanced Science Research Centre of Mangaluru University at Belapu near Kaup at 2.10 p.m.
The Chief Minister would then leave Belapu for Bengaluru at 3.30 p.m., the release said.
