Mangaluru, Oct 12: A Class III student of Peace Public School, Kallapu, Ullal, has bagged gold medal at a recently held state level open karate championship.
Zeniya Zainab landed gold in the girls under-8 years 20-25 kg category kumite at the championship held in Moodbidri.
The event was organised under the auspices of Shorin-Ryu karate association, Moodbidri in association with state karate teachers association.
She is the daughter of Zakir Husain Ullal and Naseeba Hameed couple.
