Thiruvananthapuram, Jun 26: Mumbai police has issued a lookout notice against the elder son of CPI (M) Kerala Unit Secretary Kodiyeri Balakrishnan in connection with a rape case filed by a Bihari woman who claimed that she has a child from that relation.
The Mumbai police issued the lookout notice when the Dindoshi branch of Bombay City Civil and Sessions Court is scheduled to hear an anticipatory bail plea filed by Binoy Kodiyeri, on Thursday, sources said here on Wednesday.
The lookout notice was issued only to prevent Binoy Kodiyeri from leaving the country, sources added.
