Mangaluru, May 11: 'Mathyothsava' - a Fish Carnival will be organised at Dr Shivaram Karanth Pilikula Nisargadhama Biological Park at Moodushedde on the outskirts of the city on Sunday, May 17, aiming to encourage the fisheries sector.
