New Delhi, Jun 7: Senior BJP leaders, who are above 75 years and were denied ticket in the Lok Sabha elections, are expected to be made governors of the states by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

The senior BJP leaders who were not included in Modi cabinet will be accomodated according to their stature The Narendra Modi government will replace Governors who were appointed by the UPA-II government, sources said.
After the first Lok Sabha session that is scheduled to end on June11 it is being speculated that about 7 state Governors will be replaced .
Last Thursday ,Home Ministry held its first meeting to decide on replacements for the Governors' posts across the country.
Jaswant Singh is likely to return to the saffron party and Modi government is likely to offer him the post of governor.
Sources said that the expelled BJP leader is likely to be made the governor of Tamil Nadu.
