
Daughter of Abdurrahman Musliyar, a Madrasa teacher and agriculturist from Belthangady, Ayisha has secured 612 marks out of 625 marks. Ayisha's mother Umaira is a house-wife.
She has scored 122 in Kannada, 95 in English, 99 in Hindi, 100 in Social Studies, 96 in Science and 100 in Mathematics.
Hailing from Killur, a remote village in Belthangady taluk, Ayisha was staying at a hostel in Moodbidri to pursue her education.
Thanking her parents and teacher for wholehearted support, Ayisha said that planned study and concentration helped her to get more marks.
She said that she will take up pre-university course in commerce. “My dream is to become a chartered accountant.”
She said that she used to work hard from beginning. “I used to cover the lessons on a daily basis. Teachers and parents have been supportive throughout. As I was staying in hostel, we students used to clear our doubts with each other” she said.
“I tried my best to utilize study hours in hostel. Moreover I used to set a time table for study,” she said.
Apart from performing well in academics, Aiysha is also good at extracurricular activities. “I am interested in quiz and other competitions too. Recently I had participated in Taluk level Pratibha Karanji”, she said.
Abdurrahman Musliyar said that as Ayisha was good in studies, he enrolled her to Alva's School for ninth standard. “I am happy with her achievement. My eldest daughter is pursuing her MSc in Chemistry at Alva's College.
