The police have identified the accused as Robin Roy Menezes (21), resident of Kadri Kambala.
A team led by Mangaluru East Police Inspector T.D. Nagaraj and Reserve Police Inspector Raghavendra nabbed the accused. On a tip-off that Robin was allegedly dealing with LSD, the police laid a trap and arrested him. The accused had reportedly sourced LSD from an Austrian in Goa.

Though he was studying German in Bengaluru, he has allegedly been a frequent visitor to Mangaluru to carry out the trade.
