Udupi, December 9: To mark Congress President Sonia Gandhi's 64th birth day, Alevoor Rural Congress Committee donated a slide to the children square of Anganavadi in Nehru Nagar, Alevoor on Friday.
Former Udupi Urban Development Authority Chairman Alevoor Nagaraj handed over the fiber slide to the Anganavadi worker Surekha.
District Mahila Congress President Veronica Carnelio inaugurated the interlocks at the premises of the Anganavadi. Grama Panchayath President Hareesh Kini presided over the function. ZP member Diwakar Kundar, TP member Pravin Shetty, State Youth Congress General Secretary Amrith Shenoy, former Councilor Jayashree Krishnaraj, Sunil Bangera, Nagaraj Amin, Sathish Poojary, Shekhar Kalaprathibha, Sandesh Salian, Sunanda Kundar and others were present.
