Sanket Bengre to represent India at World Lifesaving Championships in Australia

Mangalore, June 27: A city based youth has been selected to represent India on behalf of the Rashtriya Life Saving Society (India) at Rescue 2012 World Lifesaving Championships scheduled to be held later this year.

Sanket Bengre from Panambur Beach Tourism Development Project has received an official invitation from Rashtriya Life Saving Society (India) to participate in the event.

The competitions will be conducted under the aegis of the International Lifesaving Federation from November 7 to 18 this year at Adelaide, Australia.

Recently Mr Bengre along with Tushant D Bengre participated in the Commonwealth Life Saving Games at Durban, South Africa and won Bronze Medal for our country in 4X25 Manikin Carry Relay.
