He was speaking after inaugurating Moulana Waazey Rasheed Nadvi Library and Marhoom Abdul Ghani Saheb Auditorium at Ali Public School in Bhatkal on Wednesday.

Muslims are being projected as villains and misconceptions about Muslims are being spread in the world at a fast pace. There is a need to present the true picture of Muslims to the world besides presenting the right perspective of Islam, he said.
Moulana Nadvi stressed on the need for minorities to work harder. “In Hindu community too, the scholars come from a minority group. But with their hard work, they have been able to achieve success in every field. It is only after hard work that success can be achieved. The Muslim community has to work harder for its development and security. Muslims want to reap harvests even without sowing seeds which is unfortunate”, he said.
Moulana Mohammed Illyas Nadvi, President of Ali Public School and Moulana Abul Hasan Ali Nadvi Academy, Bhatkal, said in his address that Ali Public School is one of the few institutions in the country based on Islamic principles which are trying to fulfill the dream of 'Alimiyaan' Moulana Abul Hasan Ali Nadvi.
Representatives from Markaz-e-Jamaathul Muslimeen, Jamia Islamia Bhatkal and several other dignitaries were present.
