Bangalore, Feb 3: In a major policy change, only those pilgrims who have never performed Hajj earlier through the Hajj Committee of India, will be eligible to apply for Haj 2013.
Hajj Committee has been instructed to limit the number of Hajj applicants on the basis of 'once in a lifetime' as against the existing 'once in five years.'
The notarised affidavit in the Hajj application form will be accepted from February 6 to March 20, 10 am to 3 pm on all working days.
