
Announcing this at a press conference here on Wednesday, Karnataka unit president P B D'Sa said that the national office-bearers and few others would be available for discussion at 4.30 p.m. at Jathanna Hall inside Mission Compound in Balmatta, Mangalore.
He said that PUCL aimed to provide a platform for all groups including political parties to come together for furthering the cause of human rights, and to energise and use existing institutions such as courts and the press, so that they may become more sensitive to the human rights situation in India.
PUCL –Karnataka secretary Dr V Laxminarayan was present.
