Mangalore, Sep 17: Karnataka High Court Judge Dr Jawad Rahim has said that giving attention to the victims under law is a must, given the situation that the accused is looked at as'innocent' till he is proven guilty.
During the course of the legal battle, the'innocent' tag given to the accused often brings a lot of pain to the victim or victim's family.

Vouching for monetary compensation for the victims, Justice Rahim said that Government must pay attention towards the same.
