Mangalore, January 8: Veteran religious scholar Shaikhuna C P Mohammed Kunhi Musliyar, popularly known as 'Manjanady Ustad', died at his home in the early hours of Saturday. He was 96. Ustad, who was an active leader in the religious field for nearly eight decades, had served as the Mudarris of Manjanady for 25 years. He was buried in Kanhangad on Saturday evening.
