Udupi, December 30: A student from Bangalore died after drowning in the Arabian Sea, at Maple beach on Friday evening. The deceased has been identified as Sheikh Asif (18), a second year PU student of BBMP Junior College in Sadashiva Nagara, Bangalore. He was one among others who had come in three buses. Two of the students had drowned and one was rescued. Malpe police registered a case.
